With some excellent drill training, provided on visual tape, the player will be shown more than fifty drills to undertake which builds his strength and improve his skills in the game. His stationary ball skills will be improved and he will be shown how to use the other skills at the same time. Terms like ‘three point shots’ and ‘shooting lanes’ are all explained in great detail and will encourage the player to be more confident when he tries dribble shots along with fast break shots etc.

It would seem then that the avid player has a lot to learn and these aids will surely make his life that much easier. By just studying them as he would any other subject, and practicing what is being shown, the young player will certainly improve on what he has been taught and be a better athlete all round. Since childhood obesity is a growing problem these days, these aids may be just the key to get a child interested in exercise.
